Top - Sigma Chi, Delt, SAE, ATO
Upper Middle - Delta Sig, Theta Chi, Beta,
Somwhat in between - Kappa Sig
Middle- Fiji, Farmhouse, KA, Sigma Nu, Phi Sig
Lower Middle - Phi Psi, Sig Ep, Phi Tau
Who? - DU, Triangle, Pi Kappa, AGR

This is a good list but Phi Psi should get moved up. We've gotten paired with them before for events and I would say they're honestly middle tier. Theta Chi is top tier in my opinion, and SAE is just overrated.

I wouldn't say Theta Chi is top tier yet. Maybe in a few years, when their philanthropy grows and they get a house on campus

Arguable that SAE and ATO are to high, phi psi could get moved up a little. Really it doesn't matter much also long as your above a middle tier

To say Beta and Theta are Upper middle is a slight stretch even though they are rising and are still solid chapters. If Kappa Sig is somewhat in the middle between top and middle, you better throw Fiji in there too because I dont see Kappa Sig doing anything on campus except party.
