Summary: all they really have going for them is a nice house and the SAE name. The members themselves are all really middle class and don't have money like SAE chapters at other schools have (UA, UGA, etc), so they're not winning in that aspect. They have parties often but there are too many average looking girls. The brotherhood is okay but they have too many tools as members. Rush this fraternity if you are middle class and want to join a fraternity and wished you were a cool kid but just couldnt make it
