What's wrong with a 3.2? I though that you only needed a 3.0 for ADPi?

Well 3.2 is awesome but there are so many other girls with 3.9s and 4.0s, they will get a bid over you no matter how great you are.

What if you are a transfer with a lower gpa? I'm usually a straight A student but messed up my first semester. Would that be a problem since GPA starts back at a 4.0 once I transfer?

Yes I think that even with a 2.7 you should still go through recruitment in the fall. It's a great experience and you will meet a ton of girls! Also, its very possible that you will still get the sorority you want! And if not, there is always spring and fall recruitment next year, you will just have a better idea of what sororities are a good fit fot you already.

haha yeah my life totally ended when I didn't get into tri delt. Hate to break it to you hun but not everyone wants to be a snob. You give a bad reputation of all of panhellenic. All sororities are great in their own way! PNMS- I promise fraternity men could care less the letters your wearing if your hot. Your letters don't make you hot, I've seen plenty of less than attractive tri delts in my three years at UK.

I don't think she meant your letters make fraternity men think you're hot. She's right.. When fraternity social chairs hear "do you wanna have a date party with us?" from tri-Delta (or theta, chi omega or ADPi) they're obviously gonna say yes over others like kappa delta or phi mu.
