Good question lol... I don't think they are doing that much remodeling! I mean I'm sure everything they do with it(besides painting) Sigma Nu will want to keep because it will be improvements like new crown moldings and stuff.

I feel like this whole page is talking about Phi Mu! I'm in Tri Delt and I met a Phi Mu on Spring Break in Panama..she was seriously gorgeous and so much fun! SO glad yall are on campus! Keep up the good work!

I have a feeling you're probably in one of the sororities you ranked as "#1" lol. But since when is that "getting real"? That's only YOUR opinion. Plus you can't put Phi Mu at the very bottom just because they're new on campus this year.

say that they suck in 5 years if they haven't improved but don't say it now. its been a semester and they're doing better than aphi did their first year so I think they have some potential. Give them some credit
