As a former Phi Mu, I can say that a lot of their criticism on here is unfair. Yes, they can be a little clique-ish at times, but tell me a single sorority that isn't. Look at it this way...how well do you think your sorority would function if you didn't have all the upperclassmen who had been in the sorority for 3/4 years running things? Furthermore, the first pledge class was 115+ girls. Of course groups are going to break off with a pledge class that big. The lack of sisterhood claim is BS. SO many Phi Mus have truly become sisters, THAT'S a fact. There are a few internal issues, but they are making so many improvements. I think it will get even better for them once they have a house to gather at and really bond.

Are the shirts for the first day fitted or baggy? I never really wear shorts so I was going to wear a casual skirt but i don't know if that would look weird?

They run pretty true to size. I wear a small in loose t shirts and a medium in fitted tees and the small rush shirt fit perfectly.

But if you're trying to choose between two sizes I would just go a size bigger because a too tight shirt isn't very flattering.

The main rule to remember for recruitment is that you are trying to impress girls not boys. :)

Are you completely ignoring all the posts? These people are trying to help you and you keep asking the same question that's been answered.
