Why is Delta Sig so high? I'd say they're just an average frat at best

Delts will go down in the fall when everyone starts to have parties in their houses. No one will want to go that far out. SAE and Sigma Chi will be top

You all are dumb if you think kentucky will be a wet campus. It will never be. Next year it will be moist and only alumni can drink in the houses. Also, theta chi is a joke. And beta is obviously better than delta sig
