So far on the Panhellenic it only says aopi, alpha phi, phi mu and tridelt are doing COB, will anymore be added?

If that's what they say then no. You should just wait until Fall though, it might be best.

Some might be added due to transfers/drops over the semester. I would just keep looking.

If the one you really want isn't listed you should wait for Fall. But in my opinion I think doing COB is easier and more laid back. You have a better chance to get a feel for the sororities and vice versa. Also feel that you'd have a better chance of getting a bid from Tri Delt and Alpha Phi during COB

Not true. Alpha Phi looks for those with higher GPAs during COB (why they got an award for best GPA for Spring Rush for Alpha Phi) but during formal they will go for anyone. I say go for Formal it might be more stressful but it is better.
