I don't know. Although I like Theta Chi better, I don't think they've been on campus long enough to be top tier yet. I think they will be soon

Accurate but I would say Delt is on par with SAE. And phi sig is equal to Fiji. Otherwise it's gold

Theta Chi is mediocre at best. They aren't really competitive in anything, their grades aren't good, don't have a good philanthropy, aren't that involved, have decent parties, and are decent at intramurals. Anyone who thinks that they are "top tier" is mistaken. They aren't even close to getting a house either, there will be multiple fraternities that get a house before Theta Chi. So in an honest opinion I don't see Theta Chi being "top tier" for a long time.
