What makes a top tier sorority top tier?

Top tier sororities have to have good looking girls, be highly involved on campus, and mostly are made up of a bunch of stuck up girls who don't care about anything but being top tier not to mention are stuck in high school and think the "cool crowd" still exists. That is why I am PERFECTLY happy being in a "middle tier" sorority because I have real friends who care about more than what others rank them and actually have good personalities.
