Every fraternity pays a different amount. I personally paid 800 this semester but some are as cheap at around 400 a semester. Be sure to ask during rush. Also, ask to see if their dues are "all inclusive". One fraternity may say their dues are 600/semester and another might say 800. But if the frat that says 600/semester isn't all inclusive and you have to pay for formal and tshirts, you might want to consider the 800/semester that is all inclusive if cost a big issue
