What frats do you think will be top in a few years? Which ones will move up or down?

Delt: I think there last few pledge classes have hurt them a bit so much like TriDelt, I don't think they'll be top tier much longer

Sigma Chi: Probably stay in the same spot

SAE: Continues to move up and will probably stay in the top tier

Theta Chi/Beta: I think both will be top tier if/when they get a house and continue to move up quickly

Delta Sig: It's hard to say. I don't think they will move down but their social scene has slipped a little this semester

Fiji: They're moving up with this pledge class and will be a solid top middle frat

The rest will stay the same

I really don't see Fiji moving up. They are on Greek rank to much and still to small to make any impact on campus. Solid middle choice though and should overtake phi sigma and fh soon

FH is moving up with their party's and their new pledge class so they will be good in a few years
