what makes theta chi and delta sig good?
by: ?As far as I can see they are both just mediocre at a lot of things and not especially good at anything. Neither have top grades, win intramurals, have an amazing social scene, are super involved on campus or have a good philanthropy. Sigma Chi has their social scene and SGA, Delt has their social scene and just won IM football, Beta has the best grades and is now consistently getting people on IFC, and ATO is consistently competitive in intramurals and are involved. I understand that they are decent in all areas but they don't excel like other fraternities.

They don't have the biggest parties or tailgates and they don't dominate intermurals, no. What they have done that the others haven't is that they've both grown rapidly and they consistently pull good looking, well rounded pledge classes instead of a bunch of frat daddies. I remember the first years Theta Chi was on campus and they we're honestly nothing. Now they are one of the bigger frats on campus. A lot of people just look at what they've done instead of the actual group of boys. Delta Sig and Theta Chi not only have some of the best BROTHERHOODS, but they have respectful boys who will be gentlemen. These boys know how treat women and that's what we like. Give them time and I'm willing to bet they'll be some of the most active boys on campus. And just for the sake of arguing your claim, they've thrown some of the best parties this semester.

they appear to have the best and strongest brotherhood. I personally enjoy going to both their party's because they are real to us girls and treat us right. The boys in their fraternity's are there for a reason. I love going to both these fraternity's and they both have better parties than some of the the top fraternity's (Delt sig chi)

lets set the record straight from a sorority girl POV:
1. Delta sig does NOT know how to treat girls. In fact, they are the meanest ive ever been to.
2. SAE is winning intramurals right now
3. theta chi needs a house
4. they have NOT thrown some of the "best " parties. they just weren't terrible.
