Which fraternities and sororities do you think will be in the top tier in a few years?

I think Theta will be the top house very soon and Alpha Phi is going to be top tier with Chi O and ADPi. As for fraternities, I think SAE, Delta Sig and Theta Chi (once they get a house) will be in top tier in the future.

No I think they're right. Both of them are already moving up along with Beta and SAE
