I would definitely put Farmhouse above Phi Sig and put Theta Chi above Beta. And I don't know if Sigma Chi is top anymore, they seem to be a little off this year. But pretty accurate besides that.

Theta chi got a horrible pledge class this year and beta had a decent one. Theta chi in my opinion still need a lot of work esp with their bad pledge class.

You must be in a frat because Theta Chi has one of the better classes on campus this year. The had the most fun serenades and aren't a bunch of wallflowers like some classes. But as for the rankings, I'd move Pi Phi up and put Alpha Phi with DZ. Other than that, it's good.

Theta chi is definitely on par with beta if not better. Phi sig is lower than farmhouse. Farmhouse should be equal or just behind Fiji. SAE is better than kappa sigma. Other than that it's accurate. And alpha phi is just as good as PI phi if not better. Dz are nice and cool but lower than PI phi

Theta chi's class doesn't compare to beta's. Beta's class was on par with or better than almost anyone's

Beta does have a great pledge class this semester but I love my Theta Chis and think they're right there with Delt sig this year honestly.

Fraternities are spot on. Sororities I would just move Alpha Phi up to above DZ
