It's not that the rest are irrelevant, I just don't know how I'd rank them. I can tell you right now that some of those top houses won't be staying there for too long. At least, they'll be joined by some of the houses moving up.

Delta Sig above Theta Chi. Yeah Theta Chi is rising but still aren't as good as DSig. And SAE is further down I'd say. Maybe:
Sigma Chi
Delt
ATO
Kappa Sig
Delta Sig
SAE
Theta Chi then everything else

D sig over theta chi, but just by a little because they have been on camous longer, and have a house. But when theta chi get a house, I expect them to move up. I also dont know if i would put sigma chi as top house, as the girls arnt liking them very much this year.

Sigma Chi definitely isn't top this year. Them and Delt didn't get the best pledge class this year which is going to hurt them in the future
