by: Actually....Theta and Adpi are definitely top tier. Tri delt is falling but definitely still top. DG and A phi are working their way up. Pi Phi and DZ are also working their way up but not yet top tier. AGD and KD are solid middle (and definitely falling). Kappa is bottom middle but not yet bottom tier. Phi mu and aopi are definitely bottom but phi mu isn't going to be bottom for long, they're rising for sure w their new house and new pledge class.
