Honest opinion from what I've heard, no particular order in the first two tiers:
1. Chi-O/Theta
2. Tridelta/ADPi/DG
3. PiPhi, APhi, DZ
4. KD, Kappa
5. Phi Mu, AGD, AOPi

Theta is definitely above Chi O, and pi phi should be in the second tier

it says no particular order in the first two tiers… and Pi Phi is definitely not that high up, have you seen their pledge class this year? a joke

Guess I missed the boat on DG, their recruitment was good but I wasn't blown away, this is the first time I've seen them ranked so high
