Top Tier: Delt, Sigma chi, ATO, SAE, Kappa Sig (Kappa sig can be debatable)

Upper Middle Tier: Delta Sig, Theta Chi, Beta

Middle Tier: Fiji, Farmhouse, KA

Lower Middle Tier: Phi Sig, Sigma Nu

Bottom Tier: Phi Psi, Phi Tau, SPE

ATO isnt that bad, KA has its douchesm but farmhouse does have a crazy ass house.

This is by far one of the most accurate, If anything I would move kappa sig down and phi psi up.
