frats that will sink or swim

I think we can all agree that fraternities, by large, are a product of the pledges they bring in meaning that frats that bring in good pledge classes will continue to rise while frats that bring in generally poor classes will see themselves fall in the coming years. So from a girl who's been on campus for a while and have seen dome of these guys, heres a list of fraternities that we'll see a change in

On the rise:

Delta Sig
Theta Chi
ATO
Beta

And...not so much:

Kappa Sig
Sigma Chi
Phi Psi
Delt


These are not ratings based on pre-established reputations nor are they tier rankings, just some predictions on who we might see taking some top spots in the years to come. FYI, the size of there house has nothing to do with this list. What did effect this was if the fraternity chose to pick quantity over quality and vice versa
