While I'd agree that DZ isn't below Tri Delt, it's higher than the first one. I'd put it squarely behind DG and tied with Alpha Phi depending on what qualities you are looking for.

High quality all around with the pledge classes. I think you'll see that many high class women making it to the "mid tier" houses. Good for everyone so let's see if the fraternities can do the same!
