top tier fraternities

Can someone tell me a little bit about the top tiers? I plan on rushing them

ATO- Really laid back and just trying to have a good time. Does not really try and ruin anyone else's good time. Has a great brotherhood.
Delta Sig- Solid group of guys. Not met that many that I dislike but I think they have a good foundation for what they believe in and really good brotherhood.
SAE- Hardcore partiers. Somewhat of a rebuilding phase in my opinion. Fun group to be around though if you get to know them.
