Hi PNM's,

If you're reading this, which I suspect some of you are, this isnt the place to look for advice for recruitment, or for piece of mind about it. These opinions will only make it harder to keep an open mind. Some good websites for advice on recruitment are:

They are unbiased and fairly reliable sources of information. Looking at this website won't do anything but hurt.
