I am a Kappa Kappa Gamma from another school considering transferring. Iv wanted to go to UK practically since I was born, but the out of state tuition is why I didn't my freshman year. I see that kappa is ranked so low in a lot of these posts, but nothing really bad said about them. At the school im at now, if they are ranked that low, the everyone just bashes the sorority and it gives such a negative connotation to the chapter. Be honest, how are they as a chapter? I really take a lot of pride in a close sisterhood, but I also love to have fun. Do the fraternities respect them pretty well? Is it a chapter that has fun and gets invited to things? and how close do they seem as a chapter?

Kappa is a great chapter at UK with a lot of great girls. My best friend is a Kappa and she is fun, loves to go out, but is still very serious about her grades as well. They are ranked low because they tend to be quiet about the social scene and aren't as popular with some of the top frats but don't worry Kappa's like to party too!

Kappa's are known for having a really tight sisterhood. It's not that they don't party- i have plenty of Kappa friends who go out 4 nights a week- they just don't advertise it. Get in contact with their chapter and best of luck
