Up to date Rankings 2024-2025

These rankings are based on both recruitment experiences and the overall vibe afterward. They reflect conversations with a lot of women who shared what stood out—what felt real, fun, and where they genuinely connected. The list isn’t in strict order because everyone’s experience was different, and each house has something unique to offer.

There seemed to be a shift this year. Instead of focusing only on tradition or status, people paid more attention to how a chapter made them feel. If a house felt cliquey or performative, that mattered—even if it was “top tier” in the past. And if a chapter felt welcoming, fun, and sincere, it left a lasting impression—regardless of rank.

Top Tier (No particular order)

Chi Omega – High return rates, but several dropped it due to a lack of excitement. Still has a solid reputation., Higher GPA requirement

Kappa Alpha Theta – Known for strong girls and a respected history, but on probation and did COB.

Alpha Delta Pi – Still a favorite for many, but currently on probation. Recruitment felt a little off this year. Took a large number of Kentucky girls, and some felt the vibe was more reserved., Higher GPA requirement

Kappa Delta – Had an amazing recruitment. They continue to move up and made a strong impression., Higher GPA requirement

Pi Beta Phi – Fun, genuine vibe. Even with COB the past two years, they connected well with PNMs.

Delta Delta Delta – Still popular, though opinions were mixed. Some felt the energy was off, while others really connected. COB two years in a row., Higher GPA requirement

Alpha Phi – Brought strong energy during recruitment and took a lot of Kentucky girls, but still working to improve their overall image and reputation.


High Tier
Alpha Chi Omega – A lot of girls loved this house. Did COB but felt authentic and on the rise.

Phi Mu – Had a strong recruitment and got positive feedback from many PNMs.

Delta Gamma – Struggled a bit this year but still brought in a great group. Did COB.

Kappa Kappa Gamma – Quietly working their way up. Did COB the past two years but seems to be trending in the right direction., Higher GPA requirement

Delta Zeta – Kind, down-to-earth girls. More low-key, but a lot of great conversations happened here.

Alpha Gamma Delta – Solid recruitment. Did COB two years in a row but seems to be growing.

Gamma Phi Beta – Still small and rebuilding, but people liked the vibe and saw potential.
