Let's be real about rankings

It's annoying seeing Gphi ranked with other lower chapters (dz, agd, axo, kappa, phi mu) in the same rankings when gphi honestly needs to be in a ranking all on its own. The gphi girls seem sweet and I feel really bad for them, but they are really struggling compared to other chapters. The other lower chapters may have slightly lower numbers than other houses, but they still don't seem to have an issue with getting girls for primary, cob, or retention. However... gphi has significantly lower numbers and is really struggling with recruitment. I really hope they get back on their feet and get some girls!
