If you think the same houses are always the best, think again. Every year, the dynamics shift with changes in Rush, pledge classes, and upperclassmen. These factors can completely change the vibe and perception of each house. It’s not just about how well they perform during Rush, but also how they’re viewed afterward and the experiences they offer.

Here’s the current breakdown. If you want to keep it the same old same old, then you clearly didn’t go through rush and been in the houses this year.

Top Tier:
• Alpha Phi: Say what you want, but they had an awesome rush, and girls are loving the house. A lot of spirit!!
• Pi Phi: Fun, sweet girls—still a favorite for a lot of people. Fun in the house.
• Tri Delt: Haven’t heard much either way, so they’re staying at the top. Was a favorite this year.
• KD: Kind and Fun- Was a favorite of many this year. Upperclassmen and underclassmen have really bonded.

Upper Mid:

• ADPi: A lot of girls already knew each other coming in, which has made the pledge class kind of interesting. Even though they’re still liked by many, they came off probation and immediately ended up back on probation.
• Theta: On probation all year for not great things. Heard mixed things from new members, with some saying it feels cliquey.
• Chi O: Plenty of great girls, but this year’s rush wasn’t their best.
• DG: Struggled a bit at the start of rush but ended up with a solid group.
• Kappa: Did really well and brought in an awesome group.
• AXO: Keeps getting better every year.

Mid Tier:

• Phi Mu: Some love it, some don’t, but they definitely stood out to a lot of girls.
