Does UK do Snap Bids?

I saw that UK had 10/14 chapters did COB in the spring. Did they also give a lot of snap bids during fall recruitment?

Snaps and COB are totally different things. To be eligible for a snap bid, a PNM was still on the invitation list for a chapter in an earlier round but dropped that chapter. If a chapter let a PNM go in a round before pref, they typically won't be interested in offering a snap. Snaps are offered before bid day, no one in the new member class will know you were offered a snap bid unless told. COB starts after bid day.

COB during Spring Semester at UK is a reflection of members who graduated in December as well as members who transferred to other schools, left school, or deactivated. That can leave some openings for new members during Spring Semester.
