This is a good ranking. The groupings are spot on. Kappa Sig is top tier because of their party scene, despite lack of house or anything else at all for that matter. Sigma Nu is definitely still at the bottom. They don't even have 40 people in their chapter and most of them are weird. The order within the groupings I don't agree with at all, but I don't think that's what you were going for. If I were to rank them I would probably go:

1. Delt
2. Sigma Chi
3. ATO
4. Kappa Sig
5. Delta Sig
6. SAE
7. Beta
8. Phi Sig
9. KA
10. Farmhouse
11. Theta Chi
12. Fiji
13. Phi Tau
14. Phi Psi
15. Sigma Nu
16. Sig Ep
17. Triangle
18. AGR
19. DU
20. Pi Kappa Phi

Beta does have a party scene. It isn't Kappa Sig, but they're getting a lot better!
