I'd put beta and phi sig below SAE, KA, and Theta Chi

Looks good to me. Maybe put Farmhouse a little higher with that new house. Kappa sig could easily be put below ato and delta sig, but I can see them at third. Depends on this fall rush to be honest

I almost guarantee you, that either Phi-Sig or Theta-Chi move up the ranks in the next year or two. But this list is perfect, except Beta should be below SAE; then again, depends on who you know in Beta.

Because Triangle and Phi Tau are both better than Sigma Nu...Agree that Theta Chi is moving up, I dont know about Phi Sig though. I'd say the ones on the rise are SAE, Theta Chi, and Beta. I see Kappa Sig and Delta Sig falling a little bit. Sigma Chi falling a little bit too, but remaining top. Phi Psi is probably gonna disappear with the loss of their house to Sigma Pi. Phi Tau and Fiji are likely going to disappear too.

I would say Beta, Theta Chi and SAE are definitely higher than KA and Phi Sig, those 3 are really the battle for the 6, 7 and 8th spots on this list which really just comes down to which one is more your style since they are all very different from each other. But I see all of those 3 making some moves up this list in the next few years. Otherwise this list is pretty damn accurate.
