What, exactly, are you basing this "ranking" off? If you're going to look at sisterhood and chapter attitude, then I'd say the switch that um suggested is pretty spot on.

DZ is definitely not top tier but they are also easily above Alpha Phi and Pi Phi... Don't know why everyone loves to hate on them.

AOII isn't bottom tier anymore. Things change. That being said they aren't amazing yet but they're definitely in lower middle.

I'd switch the lower middle to upper middle and move pi phi and a phi to lower middle. They aren't involved in anything and pretty much are just known for going out. DZ Kappa and KD are involved on campus and have much stronger reputations, don't deserve lower middle tier.
