by: PNMTriple Legacy to DG, 3 varsity sports, Deca(business club) Youth in government (government club) Leadership (group promoting diversity and anti bullying) KEY club (volunteering) AND Special Olympics volunteer and blood drive volunteer. I also am in several Advanced Placement classes. HOWEVER i have a gpa of 2.8 / 2.9 does this mean i won't get in to ANY house? What are my chances?????

Probably won't matter all that you do. DG has very good grades on campus and likely won't take you even with all your activities pre-college. I'd say most chapters will have you cut before you walk in the door. Take some summer classes and get your grades up, go through COB, or work on your grades through next year and go through recruitment next year.

Doesn't matter. I was in the same position. They don't care if that's your grades because you were sick, someone died, you're on a different grade scale. It takes too much time to make exceptions or look into every case. Take online classes this summer is the only advice I can give you if you really don't want to wait until sophomore year. You could always do COB in the spring but not every house participates in that.
