and based on the parties I've been to this year I might even trade ATO and Delta Sig with Phi Psi and Farmhouse, honestly. But that could just be my opinion, the way I have it ranked above is the way that most people see it.

if you all know how to read, this girl (i'm assuming) based the ranks on parties and how exclusive they are. not the chapter as a whole

I'm not saying how good they are on campus as a whole necessarily, I just mean where people want to be on the weekends for the most part.
