Things have evolved at KY and for new PNM’s wanting the current state of Greek life, this is today’s ranks. Old posts and posts using 5 years ago as their marker are giving you old information. A Phi will be the one most people are surprised about. Their rush will look great, but then when real life starts, you will easily see why they continue to drop. Pretty girls that aren’t committed to their sisterhood and retention rates consistently plummet. They wear their letters beautifully, but don’t interact well in true greek life. For whatever reason, it plays out the same every year. PMM’s are figuring that out and it has affected the last few years pledge classes.

Omg!!! Me too!
I was kind of nervous to admit to others but I really loved AXO, Phi Mu, and KD. I should have stayed off of here this summer and not read any of the comments because I went in thinking that I should love those top tiers which were great but I didn’t feel like I fit in there. Y’all are making me feel better. I am so excited to open my envelope and to run home to meet my new sisters.

Go into pref rounds looking at the PNMs around you- this is your potential pledge class. This will be your friend group. Do you fit in with these potential new members? Don’t get hung up on the house itself or ranks. The older girls will be sisters, but not who you hang with.
