Pretty accurate. Kappa Sig is a tough one to place accurately. They have a few solid guys who are really cool, but the rest of the fraternity is lacking. They are really only getting worse year to year and without a good house, I think they will be irrelevant in 3 years. Right now, I'd say they could be anywhere from 3-5. Only real problem I have with this ranking is Beta who should be behind Phi sig at least

Kappa sig is rated too high. Move ATO to third, put Fiji and theta chi above KA and farmhouse
