Kappa Sig should NOT be number 2, they just lost there house and the only thing that have is good parties. Sigma chi should be number 2, then phi delt and then ATO and then kappa sig

delta sig is not top tier. Yes they do well in school and philanthropy, but they have little to no social life. no girls besides dz (mediocre at best) want to hang out with these toolbags

Phi Delt is getting kicked off and whoever dsigsuksd is, i agree their social scene isnt as good as it was last year, but it feels like every ADPi I meet either hangs out with DSig regularly or is dating one

Obviously Delt, Kappa Sig, Sig Chi, and Phi Delt are the top 4. No argument. Phi Delt is always on probation which makes them towards the bottom and Kappa Sig not having a house definitely hurts them. Once their house gets built they could possibly be considered the best, but for the most part all of these fraternities are pretty equal.

kappa sig shouldn't be anywhere close to the top, obviously a kappa sig put them there. the rest of the top looks pretty accurate
