The top tier is adpi, theta, tri delt (no order) right??
How can they be top tier if they only have girls from Louisville?
So do I need to be from Louisville to be in their soroirty?

What? All three of those sororities are indeed the best 3 at UK (you could arguably replace Tri Delt with Chi O) but these sororities have girls from everywhere, even lots from other states.
