Come on. PiPhi instantly went to COB. How can they be placed that high? If they're the only chapter doing COB, something's up. Alpha Phi & DG have retention problems EVERY YEARS. AGD, Kappa and DZ could swap PCs and no one would know.

Pi Phi goes to the bottom or tied with AGD. I saw an APhi walking past Willie T. YIKES! I don't think she had brushed her hair when she got up, her A0hi shirt half tucked in, and what a dreadful scowl. A few minutes later a KD passed me, what a smile, looked awesome, great hair. I've seen this so often. MOVE aPhi way down. KD and Phi Mu need to be higher. GPhiB is coming on strong. They need to be above DG. AlphaChis are doing extremely well.

Stop leaning on OLD data.
