The new houses such as Adpi, dg, tri delt. , sk and gamma phi are the true leaders on the row. Their nationals invested in their futures on campus. Time and money to keep the houses competitive. I personally will not join a house that is not new. I do not want to live in a dump. The dumps were axo, aoi, theta , Aephi, deeph, pi phi . When it comes down to making a selection. I want the new house. A remodel will not do either No thanks Zta, Kd or xo.,
