Do guys judge girls solely based on what sorority their in? Like would a guy in a fraternity choose a less attractive girl in a top tier sorority over a more attractive girl in a lower tier sorority.

It depends. If thats all you care about yes. I personally will almost always go for the hotter girl regardless of sorority. However, if two girls are equal looking and ones a tri delt and ones a pi phi, better believe im going with the tri delt
