Fraternity Rank

by:

Top:
Sig Chi- Not a very good social scene this semester but top sororities really like them. Very preppy.
SAE- would probably have jumped to top as they’re more relevant than Sig chi but have been plagued with serious scandals. Big money. Big name. Big house.
Delt- was probably top like 3 years ago. Mostly rich kids from Louisville and Lex. Have dropped hard with last two PC’s tho.

Upper Mid-
DSig/Kappa Sig- two good fraternities that have strong social scenes... neither are likely to break top tier anytime soon tho. not putting them in order so this post doesn’t get blown up.
Beta- Smartest and most involved. Girls like them. Guys don’t respect them.
Theta Chi- was probably top of the middle tier a couple years ago. Odd mix of weird and really cool guys. Nashville heavy.
Sig Nu- Chill dudes that most everyone likes. Haven’t been relevant as long as others but will likely continue to rise.

Lower Mid:
Fiji- “The best of the Rest.” Many oos guys. Has been doing better lately.
KA- probably the most hated frat at UKY and that’s saying something. Bidded a huge PC last year.
Pike- New kids on the block that started by pretty much giving bids away. Have a strong nationals tho so will probably be pretty good in like ten years.
Phi Sig- forgettable
Phi Tau- Have only heard sketchy things lol but with their nice new house I’m sure they will get better.

These ranks are based on pledge classes and social scenes so don’t give me some bs ab involvement. If we’re going by that logic beta would own this rank.
