The "Phi Mooo" comment is an old joke and not at all accurate. They and AXO should be above DG, and probably above Pi Phi right now. Kappa should be down by DZ. GPhi gets picked on because they are new. That's not cool. Pi Phi needs to be moved down. Is APhi still having retention issues or have they solved that problem? Retention should always be a factor in ranking.
