Alpha phi Instagram dms

Heard alpha phi did some things that aren’t allowed.

Confirmed that they reached out to girls on the night of bid day and offered them bids through Instagram DMs because they didn’t get enough girls. Some of these girls didn’t even go through recruitment. Guess they really do judge based solely on Instagrams. Is this even allowed?

Remember, you can take quota, but not be at chapter total. Obviously, they were well below chapter total to be scrambling like that. Did they have a lot of seniors last spring? Girls that didn't return? Deactivation?
