How does COB work?

Can someone explain to me how COB works? I didn’t like any of my presence houses.

The only house I see a problem with in that statement is AGD. Maybe DZ bc they’re crazy, but they ight. Literally half the chapters always do cob & btw everyone hit quota. this year.

just stop there are lots of reasons houses do COB and this year being so weird may have a few more than usual. it starts next week.
