which off campus is more better the regular hub on campus appartment or hub on campus limestone

They are very very similar but the main difference I’d say is that the hub on limestone offers smaller rooms and therefore more affordable options than the og hub

limestone’s facilities and rooftop are nicer and it’s closer to campus

Both are a little overpriced I’d say. Limestone has small rooms and regular hub has some issues as well. They are close to campus though so I guess that’s What you’re paying for
