Will top frats get hurt by online recruitment

Does anyone else think online recruitment will end up hurting the top frats since kids can’t actually come to parties during rush? I feel like some of the lower tier frats could put on a good look for zoom and steal some kids from the top frats

I’d say the top 3 will do just fine because a lot of people coming in especially in state kids already know that they are good and will try to rush there anyways
