There's no way to make an official "ranking" cause it depends on if you ask a girl or a guy.
If you'd ask a girl she would probably say

people just dont want to admit that alpha phi is doing better than their sororities that have been here for much longer. and some people in sororities that used to be top dont want to admit they have fallen. some of the bottom ones think theyre suddenly great because phi mu is worse than them. i think this ranking is pretty accurate for this year.

I disagree with this. I think Alpha Phi has gotten better but no way that they're better than Pi Phi. They only improved more since they got their house, let's be real. This was definitely made by an Alpha Phi. I think for the bottom five it should be KD, Kappa, AGD, Phi Mu, AOPi. My opinion.
