Gamma Phi House

Is the house they have now new or was it previously someone else’s house? I’m a GPhi from another school and we’re trying to get a house rn so I’m trying to gather info to send to our nationals

It was not built for them. It is the former Kappa Alpha Theta house. Theta built a new house.

In April 2019 they had the ground breaking ceremony, for the new build. I believe they are in the new one now, so maybe a year or so?

I heard they renovated it but it kinda looks the same from what I’ve seen
