All of them are... there is a cutoff requirement (only 100 girls were allowed to recruit each round in previous years). And now that we have to social distance, that number is even lower. This is a Panhellenic thing, not just Adpi. Theta, tridelt, and aphi have been doing this cut for years.

There’s a difference between abiding by the rules of only 100 a round vs only allowing those specific 100 girls talk EVERY round. Some chapters let every single girl talk. Not every chapter does that
