Why are all the top tier frats in state kids

Why is it that SAE, Delt, and Sig chi all have like 25% of their chapters being Louisville kids and most of the other kids are from in state? Do they not like bidding out of state kids? Just curious as to the reasoning behind it because no offense but Louisville kids aren’t the greatest

Tbh it’s closer to 50%Louisville. Dudes from Louisville just join the fraternities of their older friends and the cycle just continues to repeat.

Idk why top frats bid Louisville kids,tbh most of them suck. They still walk around campus in their st x or trinity shirts like they are still in high school

Mostly because University of Louisville is a hole in the wall and nobody in the right mind would attend that university.
