Theta and ADPI not letting girls be shown

by:

So called “top tier” sororities don’t let every girl participate in recruitment because they don’t meet the look they want to give PNMs. Doesn’t seem very sisterly or supportive to TELL YOUR OWN MEMBERS they aren’t “cool” enough to recruit for you. Sad really. Looks really good to not value/ love all of your girls. Not inclusive. Not to mention ADPI puts the same 15 girls on their Instagram to try to make them look cute.

When theta puts themselves in the title to try to make it seem like they didn’t write this, but the post is only about adpi....

Panhellenic only allows around 100 girls to recruit during each round of recruitment. This is a rule to not give the larger sororities an advantage. Both Theta and ADPi have almost 300 girls, so of course they can’t all recruit at the same time. Most all of the sororities have girls that don’t recruit because of this rule. Seriously, who wouldn’t pick to put their best recruiters on the floor?

During each round, only 100 can. But many sororities with over 200 girls have shifts so EVERYONE can talk & represent their chapter. Imagine joining a chapter & they don’t think you’re worthy enough to represent them
